Dr. Sheila R. Thomas

Sheila R. Thomas is an accomplished educational consultant and trainer with extensive experience in the field of education. Since January 2017, Sheila has been training parents through Thomas Educational Consulting and Training, impacting over 500 families. Sheila is the owner of Great Day Publishing, which focuses on inspirational literature for women and children while supporting Indie Authors. As an author, Sheila has written several books, including "Yes, I Can: A Coloring Book of Affirmations for Boys" and "Mommy's Little SONshine." In addition to consulting, Sheila serves as an adjunct instructor at Valdosta State University and as program coordinator for the Black Child Development Institute in Atlanta. Sheila has also held various educational roles, including state-approved trainer for the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning and as a reading specialist at Valdosta City Schools. With a Doctor of Education degree and multiple other educational credentials, Sheila is dedicated to advancing early childhood education and advocacy.
