Matt Kesselheim

Matt Kesselheim is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the industrial and safety sector. As Director of Industrial Sales at Black & Company Industrial and Safety from October 2024 to July 2025, responsibilities included leading sales strategies and managing key accounts. Prior to this role, Matt held various positions at Fastenal Company from June 2012 to October 2024, including Customer Solutions Consultant, General Manager, and Outside Sales Representative. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Customer Service Specialist at QuikTrip from July 2005 to May 2012. Matt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Lindenwood University, completed in 2012, and attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from January 2007 to January 2009.
