Michael Delaney is a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a robust background in civil and marine engineering. Currently at Black Construction Corporation since January 2019, Michael oversees significant wastewater treatment plant upgrades in Guam. Prior roles include managing major marine construction projects at Weeks Marine, Inc. from 2014 to 2018, as well as being Guam Area Manager for Healy Tibbitts Builders from 2010 to 2012. Michael also served as Construction Manager at Costain, where duties involved project planning and operational management for challenging logistical environments. Michael holds a BEng (Honours) in Civil Engineering from Newcastle University.
