Aaron Joy

Aaron Joy is an accomplished finance professional with experience as Associate Portfolio Manager and Partner in Long/Short Equities at Black Diamond Capital Investors, LLC, and as Portfolio Manager and Partner in Long/Short Equities at The Charles River Growth Fund, both starting in February 2024. Additionally, Aaron serves as Director of Education for the Harvard Financial Analysts Club since January 2024. Previous roles include Summer Analyst at Moon Capital, Legislative Intern with the U.S. House of Representatives, and various leadership positions during time at Phillips Exeter Academy, including Co-Captain of the Exeter Forensics Debate Team and Founder of the Exeter Investment Society. Aaron's early experience includes internships with Organize New Hampshire, Joyce Craig for Mayor, a US Senate campaign, and Potomac Law Group. Aaron holds a Bachelor's degree from Harvard University and is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy.
