Emily MacIas

Emily Macias has extensive experience in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as Customer Care Manager at Black Diamond Paver Stones & Landscape since December 2015, Emily interacts daily with customers to manage appointments, provide product information, and resolve complaints, while overseeing a team of customer service agents and maintaining call center operations. Prior to this role, Emily was a Dispatch Supervisor at Mike Counsil Plumbing and Rooter, managing call dispatch for over 25 technicians and coordinating schedules for staff. Emily also worked as a Logistics Coordinator/Dispatcher at Mr. Rooter Plumbing, where responsibilities included scheduling and dispatching calls, handling customer inquiries, processing payments, and managing technician commissions. Emily earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from San Jose City College from 1995 to 1999.
