Lead MWD Technician at Black Diamond Oilfield Services

Juan C. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Juan started their career in 2009 as a Técnico en Instrumentación y Control at Comisión Federal de Electricidad. There, they mainly focused on preventive and corrective maintenance of pneumatic actuators and electrical sensors inside the Laguna Verde Nucleoelectric Plant.

In 2012, Juan joined Weatherford as an R&M LWD/MWD Technician. Juan'sresponsibilities included assembly, disassembly, inspection, testing, and repairment of LWD and RSS toolstrings, inserts, and surface equipment. Juan worked in this role until April 2016.

Since 2019, Juan has been working at Black Diamond Oilfield Services. Juan initially joined as a Quality Control Inspector / FLUT Operator, where they were involved in handling tools and valves and operating full-length UT equipment. Later on, they were promoted to the role of Lead MWD Technician. In this position, Juan manages the MWD equipment inventory, supervises equipment transport, and ensures the availability of all necessary equipment, personnel, and resources for the job.
