Paco McLaughlin

Paco McLaughlin has a strong work experience in the oilfield services industry. Paco has held various leadership roles in different companies. Most recently, they worked as the VP - Drilling Tools at Black Diamond Oilfield Services starting in 2022. Prior to that, they served as the President of Arnco Technology from 2017 to 2022. Paco also worked as the Chief Operating Officer of Inspection Oilfield Services from 2014 to 2017 and as the Sr VP USA Operations at Knight Oil Tools from 2013 to 2014. Paco held the position of Sr Vice President at Knight Resources, LLC from 2011 to 2012. Additionally, they served as the General Manager of both Knight Oil Tools - Manufacturing from 2010 to 2012 and Knight Resources from 2008 to 2011. Paco started their career at Knight Oil Tools as the Director of Operations - Rocky Mountain Region from 2007 to 2008.

Paco McLaughlin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where they studied from 1997 to 2002.
