Cymberleigh Hawkins-Thomas

Cymberleigh Hawkins-Thomas has extensive experience in digital learning and development. Cymberleigh is currently the Digital Learning Design and Delivery Lead at Black Dog Institute, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Digital Learning Specialist at Laser Clinics Australia from 2020 to 2022. In this role, they designed and developed digital learning experiences, implemented and managed the Learning Management System, and contributed to the development of the Culture and Values Program.

Before that, Cymberleigh held multiple roles at DB Schenker. From 2018 to 2020, they served as the Manager of Global Digital Learning, where they contributed to the company's Digital Learning Strategy, designed and developed digital learning experiences, and managed the core learning management system. In 2018, they briefly worked as the Manager of Global HR Innovation and Digitization, supporting cultural change and sustainable innovation capability. From 2015 to 2018, they held the position of Talent & eLearning Specialist, collaborating with subject matter experts to develop online training courses, managing training programs across multiple sites, and overseeing employee benefits and corporate social responsibility initiatives.

In these roles, they identified learning needs, developed and implemented training programs, and managed the learning management system.
