Ian Decker

Ian Decker is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the outdoor and sports industry. Currently serving as Founder and Principal of Black Dog Sales Group since September 2020, Ian represents brands such as Norrøna, Tread Labs, FLAXTA, and Martha. Concurrently, Ian holds brand representative roles for multiple companies including Norrøna Sport AS, Tread Labs, Chrome Industries, and Lolë Brands. Previously, Ian worked as Territory Sales Manager at Arc'teryx Equipment and Senior Sales Representative at Helly Hansen, overseeing sales across five states. Ian's career also includes significant sales roles at Altra Running and Marmot. Ian is an alumnus of Hobart College.
