Patrick Macdonald-King

Patrick Macdonald-King has extensive deal-making, strategic planning, and tactical management experience in enterprise cloud applications and digital media, and expertise in the content supply chain and associated services.

Mr. Macdonald-King currently serves on four advisory boards and is an angel investor with Tech Coast Angels. Previously, he led the capital raising and roll-up for three companies, including his own, to form DAX. As founder and CEO, Macdonald-King led the combined companies to become the most widely used media asset management and cloud workflow applications in the world.

The DAX SaaS platform has been awarded five patents, scaled to 75% market share, and was recognized with a Primetime Emmy for transitioning the television industry to a file-based workflow. Mr. Macdonald-King was also President of PFT, Americas Region.
