William Dalton

William “Bill” Dalton is an experienced executive in banking and finance. At Black Dragon, he provides insights on financial services market dynamics.

Mr. Dalton serves on the boards of HSBC North American Holding Inc., Associated Electric and Gas Insurance Services (AEGIS), AEGIS Managing Agency for Lloyds of London Syndicate 1225, and the United States Cold Storage.

Previously, he was Executive Director of HSBC Holdings Plc, Chief Executive of HSBC Bank Plc, and Global Head of Personal Financial Services for the HSBC Group. He also served as President and CEO at Wardley Canada Limited and Chief Executive of Midland Bank Plc. Mr. Dalton has also served as Director of several companies, including CCF SA, HSBC Private Banking Holdings (Suisse) SA, MasterCard International Incorporated, and Swiss Re GB Plc.
