Tierra Smith

Tierra Smith is an experienced media professional currently serving as the Social Media Editor at Black Enterprise Magazine, where campaign development has led to significant audience growth and engagement across platforms. As the Founder, Host, and Creative Director of Wins For Black Girls, Tierra leads strategic planning and oversees daily operations to uplift Black women and entrepreneurs. Previous roles include Digital Content Producer at KPRC and Reporter positions at Bisnow and Community Impact Newspaper, focusing on business, real estate, and local journalism. Tierra holds a Master's degree in Mass Communication from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Grambling State University.
