Devin Cooper

Devin Cooper, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Employer Engagement at Black Girls Code since February 2024. Prior to this role, Devin held the position of Advisory Associate in Human Capital Advisory at KPMG from August 2022 to August 2023. Experience also includes serving as Administrative Coordinator/HR Assistant at Knexus Research Corporation from November 2019 to October 2021, and as Assistant Account Executive and Partner-in-Training at Finn Partners from June 2018 to October 2019. Devin earned a Master of Business Administration from the American University - Kogod School of Business between 2020 and 2022, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Maryland.
