Phyllis Douglas

Phyllis Douglas is a skilled professional with extensive experience in teaching, web development, and software programming. Currently serving as the Lead Instructor at Black Girls CODE since December 2022, Phyllis focuses on teaching virtual programming classes for students aged 7-17, highlighting inclusivity for people of color. As the Head of the Web Team at FanimeCon since June 2015, Phyllis manages and updates the con's website, coordinating with various departments. Previous roles include Game Developer at Elevate Labs, where Phyllis contributed to the Balance meditation app, and Software Programmer at Auspient, Inc., where website redesigns were a key responsibility.
