Kristina F.

Kristina F. has a diverse work experience that spans various organizations and roles. Kristina currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Black Girls CODE, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Achievement First from 2017 to 2022, where they held the roles of School Operations Director and Director of Student Life | Director of Operations in Residence. In these roles, they demonstrated strong leadership and operational skills, successfully managing day-to-day operations, enrollment, and recruitment processes for hundreds of students and families. Additionally, Kristina has experience working at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York from 2011 to 2017, where they served as a Program Director and a Student Advocate Counselor and Youth Leadership for College Access Supervisor.
