Anthony Vigness has over a decade of experience in safety and health management within the agricultural sector. Currently serving as the Safety and Health Manager and Operations Support Manager at Black Gold Farms since May 2013, Anthony assists in managing production operations, logistics, and employee training. Previously, as the Safety and Compliance Coordinator, efforts were focused on developing safety procedures to control workplace accidents. Anthony also held the position of President for the Northern Occupational Safety and Health Association from January 2015 to January 2022, enhancing networking and education for safety professionals in Grand Forks, ND. An earlier role as HSE Coordinator at LM Wind Power Blades involved accident investigations and hazardous materials management. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Occupational Safety from Waldorf University and an Associate of Arts from Northland Community and Technical College.
