Prior experience includes significant roles in the hospitality industry, such as Catering Sales Manager at Gran Meliá Golf Resort Puerto Rico and Senior Catering Manager at Holiday Inn Isla Verde. Marilyn started career in catering management at Embassy Suites Isla Verde.
