Travis Allen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Travis started their career as a Munitions Specialist in the Air National Guard ND 119th Wing, where they served for two six-year enlistments while going to college and working full time. During this time, they developed strong management and leadership skills.
Moving on, Travis joined LM Wind Power in 1999 and held various roles throughout their tenure. Travis started as an IT Administrator and progressively took on more responsibilities, including IT/Quality Administrator, IT/Quality/Marketing Manager, Commercial Director, and Quality Manager. In their role as Quality Manager, they managed the Quality Department and IT Department for US manufacturing operations. Travis also collaborated on the development of a global quality strategy and participated in inter-company auditing of business units.
Travis later became the Sr. IT Manager - Americas at LM Wind Power, where they oversaw IT operations for the Americas region. Travis also served as an ERP Manager and Global Project Manager during their time at the company.
Most recently, Travis joined Black Gold Farms in 2014. Travis initially served as an ERP Administrator before becoming an IT Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Information Technology.
