Nevin Lewis serves as the CEO and Principal Consultant for Executive Search and Leadership at Black & Grey HR since March 2016, focusing on enhancing the recruitment experience for both employers and job seekers. In addition, Nevin has been a Strategic Advisor at ProCareer Services since January 2020 and has held various managerial roles in talent acquisition with companies such as Quess Corp Limited and Sundus Recruitment and Management Consultancy. Earlier career experience includes recruitment services and employer branding at Jerry Varghese Global Executive Search, as well as positions in advertising and media with Turrino and Pen A Trait Communications. Nevin is currently pursuing degrees in Positive Psychiatry and Mental Health at the University of Sydney and has prior educational qualifications from the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Mumbai, alongside a foundational high school education from St. Xavier's High School.
