Jamie Mutter

Jamie Mutter is currently employed as a Program Coordinator at Black Hills Special Services Cooperative. With previous experience as a Special Education Teacher at Rapid City Area Schools, Natrona County Schools, and Spearfish School District, Jamie has a strong background in education. Holding a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration from Western Governors University, Jamie is dedicated to creating and implementing effective educational programs for students with diverse needs.
