Michelle Carlson is the Grants and Finance Coordinator at Black Hills Special Services Cooperative. Our mission is to build strong communities by helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential. Since 1980 BHSSC has enhanced life in South Dakota. We are a public entity governed by a board of elected school board members from 12 public school districts committed to shared services. Programs are also available to non-member districts.
