Tracey M. is a Grant Writing Specialist at Black Hills Special Services Cooperative. Prior to this, Tracey worked as a Data Manager at the University of South Dakota, an Evaluation Specialist at South Dakota State University, and a Research Project Manager at Sanford Research. Tracey also served as an Evaluator at South Dakota State University, and as a Graduate Research Assistant in the Sociology department. Tracey holds a Master of Science in Rural Sociology from South Dakota State University.

We are a public entity governed by a board of elected school board members from 12 public school districts committed to shared services. Programs are also available to non-member districts.
