Mary R. Duncan

Mary R. Duncan serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Black Hills Works since October 2021 and has been an Adjunct Accounting Instructor at Western Dakota Technical Institute since August 2018, teaching online courses in Intermediate Accounting I and II, Managerial Accounting, and Ethics for Business. Previously, Mary R. Duncan held the position of Accounting Manager at Rapid City Area Schools from January 2008 to October 2021 and served as the Administrative Director at Community Counseling Services of South Dakota from June 1998 to September 2007. Mary R. Duncan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Southwest Minnesota State University between 1979 and 1982.
