Robert McFalls, M.A., CDR has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Robert is currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition for an unannounced survival game at Blizzard Entertainment. Prior to this, they worked as an Elite HR Member and HR Consultant at The Black In HR (TM).

Robert's experience also includes working as a Senior IT Recruiter at ALKU and as a Digital Marketing Manager at Uncle Maddio's Pizza. Robert has also worked in recruitment roles at Lincoln Educational Services, Ashford University, and Westwood College.

Robert McFalls, M.A., CDR, holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Media Management from Ashford University, obtained in 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, General with a concentration in High Risk Youth from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2012. In 2008, they completed a degree in Human Performance Education from Missouri Valley College. In addition to their formal education, McFalls has obtained various certifications, including Certified NFT Expert from the Blockchain Council in 2022, and Certified Diversity Recruiter from AIRS powered by ADP in 2021. Robert has also received certifications in areas such as building resilience, data-driven decision-making, emotional intelligence, LinkedIn profile optimization, diversity, inclusion, and belonging, social recruiting, and talent sourcing, among others.
