Stephanie Ford, MHRM, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an Elite Member at The Black In HR (TM) since July 2023 and as Manager, HRBP at Caesarstone US since June 2022. Previously, Stephanie held positions as Sr. Human Resources Generalist at Spectrum and as Advisory Board Member at the California Employer Advisory Council. With a solid background in HR operations, including payroll processing and internal investigations at Kern County, and recruiting at Randstad USA, Stephanie has developed a comprehensive skill set in human resources. Stephanie earned a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from National University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the same institution.
