Michał Filipiec

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader with a focus on innovation in software development and decentralized systems. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha supports various innovation projects through training and mentorship. Micha founded and owns managination, aimed at enhancing the software development process. Previously, Micha held leadership roles in organizations such as NOUMENA DIGITAL AG as Head of Web3 Engineering, bonq as Chief Technology Officer, and Energy Web as Chief Innovation Officer. Micha also contributed to Share&Charge and the IIB Council in advisory capacities. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and courses at MIT and PMI related to fintech and project management.
