Jeff Farmer

Director of Human Resources and Recruiting at Black Lantern Security

Jeff Farmer has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 1987 with the US Army. During their time in the Army, they held various roles, including Master Fitness Trainer, Special Forces Detachment Sergeant/Senior Military Intelligence Analyst, Group Language Program Manager, Drill Instructor, and Master Instructor. In 2007, they began working for Utility Service Contractors as VP of Human Resources, and also held the role of Project Manager at World Wide Language Resources. In 2015, they took on the role of Team Athlete and Program Manager for Athletics at Operation Enduring Warrior. Most recently, they have been the Director of Human Resources and Recruiting at Black Lantern Security since 2020.

Jeff Farmer attended the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center from 1991 to 1992, where they studied Russian Language and Literature. Jeff then attended US Army Master Fitness School in 2000, where they obtained a Master Fitness Certification in Physical Fitness. From 2003 to 2005, they attended Troy University and earned an Associate of Arts - AA. Finally, from 2005 to 2007, they attended Excelsior University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts/Russian Studies.
