Carolyn Scyoc

Carolyn Scyoc has a diverse work experience in human resources and recruitment. Carolyn currently holds the position of ECS Director of Recruiting and Human Resources at EMCOR Group, Inc., where they lead recruitment efforts for EMCOR Construction Services (ECS) Operating Companies nationwide and provides HR support for ECS Operating Companies in the Mountain Plain region. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Dynalectric/ KDC Systems and Canopy Energy. Carolyn also has experience as a Senior Recruitment/Business Partner/Compliance/Employee Relations Specialist and Recruitment Specialist/Employee Relations Specialist at Peckham, Inc., a nonprofit community vocational rehabilitation organization.

Carolyn Scyoc holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University, which they completed in 2016.
