Cordney D. McClain

Cordney D. McClain, MBA, is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Business Development Officer at Tinker Federal Credit Union and a National Event Coordinator for The LEGO Group. With extensive experience in business development and community engagement, McClain actively seeks new opportunities to expand member bases and creates immersive events that enhance father-child relationships. As a Partner at Black Leaders Worldwide™, McClain contributes to a global network of black professionals, while also serving as a Board Member and Curriculum Developer at Metro Technology Centers and a former Business Partnerships Manager at Campus Tulsa. McClain has a background in diversity and inclusion as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at the University of Oklahoma's Price College of Business, and served in the Oklahoma Army National Guard as an Engineer. Academically, McClain holds multiple degrees including a Master's in Business Management from Ashford University and a Bachelor's in Communication from the University of Oklahoma, supplemented by a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Villanova University.
