Osato Chitou, Esq., MPH, serves as a Partner at Black Leaders Worldwide™ and as President & CEO of Black Women Quarterly LLC d/b/a Omuwa Luxe, where focus lies on promoting empowerment among Black women. As the Founder & Principal Consultant of Compli by Osato, Osato Chitou specializes in developing compliance programs that enhance beneficiary health outcomes for organizations. With a robust legal and compliance background, Osato Chitou has held significant roles at various organizations, including Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at tricenna and Medicare Compliance Officer at Gateway Health. Educational qualifications include a BA in Physical and Biological Anthropology from Boston University, a J.D. from Rutgers Law School, and an MPH in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
