Precious Myers-Brown is the Chief Innovation and Dream Officer, CEO, and Co-Founder of Vista Supports, LLC, where leadership is focused on utilizing innovative technology solutions to empower individuals with disabilities and seniors. With over 30 years of experience in human services, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), and mental health, Precious excels in enhancing independence and quality of life through technology. In addition to roles at Health & Joy Services, LLC as Chief Innovation Officer and as a partner at Black Leaders Worldwide™, Precious is also a member of the DC Chamber of Commerce and a founding member of The Gathering Spot. As the Owner of CINO VISTA Consulting, LLC, Precious provides strategic guidance and innovative solutions to agencies serving individuals with disabilities. Previous leadership positions include Chief Innovation Officer and Regional Executive Director at SJCS St. Johns Community Services and various roles at DC Family Services and Occupations Inc. Precious holds advanced degrees and certifications in Organizational Leadership and Assistive Technology.
