TJ Reedy

TJ Reedy has over 20 years of professional experience in various roles, beginning in 1998 as a Production Assistant to Production Manager at Polar Ice/ Home City Ice. In 2000, they took on a part-time role as Website Administrator at Western Illinois University while attending school. That same year, they began working at Cohen Financial as a Help Desk Administrator, eventually becoming Help Desk Manager in 2005. In 2007, Reedy moved to Klein Tools as a Systems Administrator. From 2009 to 2013, they were a Network Engineer/ Senior Help Desk Associate Lead at Waident Technology Solutions. Reedy then joined NTT DATA, Inc. in 2013 as a Client Technology Sr. Associate, Field Services Lead, and Delivery Management Sr. Analyst. In 2017, they became a Technical Alignment Manager at MotherG, and in 2022, they assumed the same role at Black Line IT. Throughout their career, Reedy has been responsible for managing client bases, proactively auditing and reviewing infrastructures, providing guidance in technology to customers, and liaising between clients and MSPs.

TJ Reedy obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Western Illinois University between 1998 and 2002. TJ also holds several certifications, including a CMMC-AB Registered Practitioner (RP) from the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Accreditation Body (CMMC AB) obtained in February 2022, DOD Mandatory Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Training from the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Accreditation Body (CMMC AB) obtained in February 2022, Datto Certified Deployment Specialist in Continuity from Datto, Inc. obtained in October 2021, Datto Certified Practitioner in SaaS Protection from Datto, Inc. obtained in October 2021, Cybersecurity Fundamentals Certificate for Engineers (CCFE) from ConnectWise obtained in April 2020, and IT Glue Power User Certification from IT Glue obtained in April 2020.
