Jay Eggert

Jay Eggert serves as Vice President of Client Services at Govineer Solutions, leading customer support and success initiatives across multiple business units. At Black Mountain Software, Jay holds a similar title, overseeing customer lifecycle processes and modernizing operations through the implementation of HubSpot. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Operations at Bonterra, Jay was responsible for customer operations and managing a large team while delivering exceptional client experiences. Jay’s extensive experience also includes roles at Salsa Labs, DonorPro, and Phoenix Systems, contributing skills in client retention, implementation services, and data management, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and an Associate's degree in Computer Science.
