Erik T. Olson

Erik T. Olson has extensive experience in the hospitality and service industries, with a current role at Black Oak Casino Resort since August 2008 as a member of the Hard Count/Drop Team and previously as a Prep Cook responsible for café and sports bar preparations, as well as serving as a Bowling Attendant and Busser. Prior volunteer experience includes working as a Ranch Hand at Horse Around Ranch and Tractor Museum, performing tasks like tree trimming and tractor operation, and serving as a Director for the Gold Country United States Bowling Congress, ensuring compliance with rules and regulations. Previous employment includes a Lead Trainer position at Taco Bell, where responsibilities centered on training new employees. Erik holds a Certificate in Employee Relations and Investigations from Cornell University ILR School and a Certificate in Performance Based Surveillance Operations from the University of Nevada, Reno.
