Susan Spence has extensive experience in management and customer service, currently serving as the Marketing and Entertainment Manager at Black Oak Casino Resort since March 2001. Prior to this role, Susan worked as Office Manager at Burns Refuse Service from August 1994 to April 2000, and as Escrow and Title at Yosemite Title Company from April 1986 to March 1993. Susan's career in the title department began with a role in Recorder and Customer Service from February 1977 to August 1981. Susan completed education at Sonora Union High School from 1972 to 1976 and attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
