Antonia Dean is a seasoned professional with experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Antonia serves as Principal at Black Operator Ventures, Board Member at Philly Startup Leaders, and Advisor at Archetype Solutions Group. Prior experience includes engagement management, and a significant tenure at Comcast as Director of Startup Pipeline Diversity.
