Erica Fielding

Erica Fielding is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Black Rifle Coffee Company since February 2022, Erica has previously held the same title at Embrace Hospice and was the Director of Human Resources at THE KHOURY GROUP, LLC.
