Mary K. Ryan

Mary K. Ryan is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Sr. HR Director at Black Rifle Coffee Company since January 2023, Mary previously held the position of HRM at Amp Americas, where strategic leadership and execution of HR initiatives were key responsibilities. A significant portion of Mary’s career was spent at BP in various roles, including Organizational Effectiveness Regional Development Manager and Sr. HR Leader at the Whiting Refinery, along with other HR director positions across different sectors. Earlier experience includes HR leadership roles at L'Oreal USA, Colgate-Palmolive, Shearson Lehman Brothers, and serving as a Personnel Sergeant in the United States Air Force. Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University and Master's degrees in Organizational Management and Development from Fielding Graduate University.
