Stephanie Smith

Stephanie Smith is an experienced professional in customer engagement and event coordination. Currently serving as a Customer Engagement Representative at Black Rifle Coffee Company since September 2021, Stephanie has developed skills in customer service and communication. Previously, as a Work Study Student at the University of the Incarnate Word Career Services from October 2018 to June 2020, Stephanie scheduled appointments, assisted with career events, created promotional materials, and communicated with employer partners to support students' professional development. Earlier experience includes working as a Hostess at Twin Peaks Restaurants from September 2014 to September 2015, where supervision and training of new staff were key responsibilities. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in General Business and a minor in Marketing from the University of the Incarnate Word, as well as an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from San Antonio College.
