Rebecca Myrom

Rebecca Myrom has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Rebecca currently holds the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Black Rock Coffee Bar, starting in November 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at the same company, from June 2021 to November 2023.

Before joining Black Rock Coffee Bar, Rebecca worked at Netrush, where they also held various HR roles. Rebecca was the Director of Human Resources from January 2021 to June 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Manager from January 2020 to January 2021, the Human Resources Coordinator from December 2017 to January 2020, and the Human Resources Assistant from March 2017 to December 2017.

Rebecca's career also includes roles at Black Rock Coffee Bar, where they worked as a Regional Manager from December 2015 to March 2017, and as the Director of Hiring and Training from December 2014 to December 2015.

Before transitioning to the HR field, Rebecca started their career as a Community Support Specialist at Catholic Community Services Oregon - CCS, where they worked from January 2011 to December 2014.

Rebecca Myrom attended Concordia University-Portland from 2006 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Psychology with a focus on Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies.
