Will MacIntosh

Will MacIntosh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training and operations management across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Investor Relations Officer at Black Rock Coffee Bar since April 2025, Will previously held the position of Vice President of Operation Services at Bagel Brands from July 2016 to April 2025. Will is also the founder of Triumph Solution Services, LLC, established in December 2014, which focuses on developing training materials and facilitating workshops. Prior roles include Director of Learning and Technology at MOOYAH Burgers, Fries and Shakes and Field Training Consultant at Applebee's, where Will specialized in training program implementation and leadership development.
