Welcome to Black Sheep Therapy. I’m Jinxi and I’m so happy that you’re here! Seeking out a therapist can be a scary thing, but you are HERE NOW, which means you took that first brave and positive step forward. Bravo! You are already working toward change, simply by visiting this site.

Everyone’s reason for seeking out counseling is different. Maybe you feel stuck in a negative cycle, have been experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, or overwhelming life transitions. Maybe you have experienced past trauma and want to work toward healing. Maybe you want to overcome a phobia or learn better stress management skills. Whatever it was that caused your search for new solutions, I’m proud of you for starting the journey.

I’m a psychotherapist who loves to help people create greater self-awareness and embrace change with a positive mindset. I like to help people to find their voice, remember their strengths, and create plans that help them to move forward. I offer a safe, collaborative space to help you to explore your past, celebrate your present, and work toward your future.
