Black Sheep Ventures was formed through a collaborative effort by experienced entrepreneurs and industry leaders, including Chris Nallick, Heath Graham, Joe Sir, Tony Orlandini, Joey Sears, and Mike Wallace. The partnership brings together expertise across product development, logistics, media, and brand strategy to create a fully integrated platform built for scalable growth.

Black Sheep Ventures’ core companies include:
• Dark Horse Innovations — Product design and manufacturing specializing in technical apparel, textiles, and hard goods with a global factory network.
• Spartan Industries — Full-service warehousing, logistics, and distribution supporting both DTC and wholesale channels.
• ChessFight — A media, marketing, and production company focused on brand storytelling, digital growth, and high-impact content.

Together, these companies form a vertically aligned platform that moves brands seamlessly from concept to consumer.

In addition to its core operations, Black Sheep Ventures develops and supports a growing portfolio of in-house and partner brands, including HuntVault, Hunt Coffee Company, Wicked Timber, and Go Remote. The company also services external brands across the outdoor and lifestyle markets, providing the infrastructure and expertise needed to accelerate growth.

As part of its long-term strategy, Black Sheep Ventures focuses on launching, acquiring, and scaling brands through strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and targeted growth initiatives—combining operational execution with creative and market insight.

With deep roots in the outdoor industry and a track record of building nationally recognized brands, Black Sheep Ventures is positioned as both a service provider and a true growth partner.
