Jessica P. is an accomplished Learning and Development Program Manager at Alaska Airlines, where responsibilities include developing the Emerging Leaders Program. In addition, Jessica serves as a speaker for the Black Speakers Collection, discussing topics related to Black professionals in corporate America and workplace equality. As the founder of Blackness and the Workplace, Jessica empowers Black professionals by providing resources and support, along with hosting a related podcast. Previous experience includes roles in talent acquisition and development at Athea Laboratories, Harley-Davidson, and SPX Transformer Solutions, and a content writing position focused on Black women's experiences in corporate settings. Jessica holds an M.B.A. from Alverno College and a Bachelor's degree in African American Studies and Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Black Speakers Collection is meant to be a resource not only for Black speakers but for organizations who are looking to amplify and diversify their panels, conferences and company talks. Why now?
