Erwin has held positions such as Head of Technology Development at Black Sun, Chief Technology Officer at Homeppl, and Director of Software Development at Swist Group Technologies. Erwin has also worked on projects in Africa for companies like Comptel Corporation and Mobile Potential Inc., where Erwin focused on leveraging technology solutions. Erwin holds a National Diploma in Architecture from Durban University of Technology and is currently pursuing a BCom in Management from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika.
