Jean-Philippe Guédon

Jean-Philippe Guédon is the Chief HR & Corporate Governance Officer at Black Tiger, overseeing human resources and legal matters while serving as Data Protection Officer for France and Belgium. With a strong background in HR, Jean-Philippe modernized HR policies at Frans Bonhomme, improved employee engagement, and led integration efforts during acquisitions. Previous roles include Secretary General at BMI France, where responsibilities included risk management and governance, as well as HR leadership roles at Europcar and Bouygues.
