Rosie Allan is the current Head of Client Relations & Loyalty at Black Tomato. Prior to this, they were a Senior CRM Executive at Virgin Trains, responsible for leading the CRM strategy within the marketing team. There, they managed activity on this channel to retain customers, build brand loyalty & subsequently increasing consumer value and driving revenue.
Rosie has also worked as a Digital & CRM Executive at Maybourne Hotel Group and as an Event Planner at Rhubarb Food Design. In their role as an Event Planner, they were responsible for end-to-end event management, including venue sourcing, logistics, budget management and on-site delivery.
They work with Sunil Metcalfe - Sales Director, Jessica Wells - Product Development Manager, and Emma de Vadder - Director of PR. Their manager is James Merrett, Owner & Co-Founder. Some individuals on their team include Hannah Davis - Client Experience Executive, Grace Robertson - Client Relations Manager, and Dominique Dashwood-Quaye - VIP Relations Manager.
