Phillip Breaux

Phillip Breaux currently serves as a Safety & Health Specialist III at Black & Veatch Construction, Inc. since May 2023, focusing on the Dunn’s Bridge II Solar Project. Previously, from December 2016 to May 2023, Phillip held the position of Field Construction Manager at Overland Contracting Inc., managing overall project execution for AT&T Turf in the MI/IN markets. Earlier roles include Materials Controller/Warehouse Manager for Black & Veatch, overseeing equipment deliverables for the AT&T Turf Midwest Region, and Procurement Coordinator for the Sprint Network Vision project. Phillip possesses a diploma in General Studies from Lafayette High School, graduated in 1998.
