Andrew Qucsai Jr

Andrew Qucsai Jr is an experienced professional in the field of electrical engineering, currently serving as the Grid Commissioning Operations Manager and previously as Commissioning Support Manager at Black & Veatch since December 2016. With a robust background that includes roles as a Senior Substation Electrical Engineer and Protection & Control Engineer at Power Grid Engineering, LLC from 2007 to 2016, Andrew has led various engineering activities, including protection and control design, proposal preparation, and project management. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico and has earned an A.A.S. in Electronics Engineering from Valencia College.
