Early career experiences involved civil and structural engineering internships, supporting projects in disaster analysis, design, and floodplain management. Christine holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Howard University and completed the Centurions Leadership Program through the Kansas City Chamber of Commerce.
